So Here we have Core Physique 1-1 Client Tia Andrews executing the Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlift earlier this week during training.
This is an awesome and great exercise to include into your Training Plan, whether you currently complete an Upper/Lower Training Split or even the conventional Body Building Training Split (Might i add this is not just for the Ladies, men need this also).
The Stiff Leg Deadlift, if performed correctly is create for Strengthening, and increasing muscular development of the Posterior Chain.
The added benefits of including this exercise into your training, are the other muscles that you will also be working:
-Erectors (Lower Back)
-Gluteus Maximus (Your Booty)
Whether or not you are after Fat Loss, or Increasing lean muscle, be sure to add this exercise in to build and strengthen your Hamstrings.
