Here at Core Physique we coach each client based solely on them, with no pre-set pattern or schedule. All that is important to me, is doing my job, which is helping you confirm and achieve “YOUR” goals that are most important to you.

We will cover your Health via a lifestyle screening, we will look at Goal Setting, all prior to looking at your current Nutrition and everything else you need, but it will all be done based on what is best for you.

The services that you can find here at Core Physique gives you a 24-hour response to any questions that you might have with regards to training, nutrition, health, and supplementation.

1-1 Personal Training

Do you need some professional expert advice, coaching and support for your training goals?

Work with me as your personal trainer on a 1-1 basis for a High Energy session based around you and your goals. You will get all of the expert coaching, training, motivation and advice you need as we work together through a 1-hour workout. Be sure to have the best training session of the week and leave feeling energized, motivated and know that you have made a difference. I take your results very seriously, which is why I will be helping to hold you accountable to your program to make sure you get the results you desire…plus we will have a lot of fun in the process!

For optimum results regular 1:1 sessions are advised. Spaces are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

1-1 Personal Training is the most effective way for anyone to achieve his or her goals. Here’s why and what you get by working with Dave.

  • Bespoke Nutrition Programs – based on the answers you provide to your initial questionnaire and consultation, as well as your nutritional history. Your nutrition will be continuously manipulated based on how you respond, as well as external factors to maximize your results.
  • Bespoke Training Programs – based on movement screenings to maximize efficacy of training whilst minimizing the possibility of injury. Similarly to your nutrition, these will be manipulated as you progress in both skill and work capacity to keep you moving forwards.
  • Continuous Support – outside of the gym via email, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions as and when they arise.
  • Consistent Motivation and Technique Coaching within Sessions – making sure you work hard and train safely every step of the way.
  • Additional Accountability – of meeting with a trainer. You’ll feel more motivated to show up to sessions and work hard if you know you are meeting with a trainer and paying for the hour.
  • External Sessions – dependent on the number of sessions you commit to each week. Clients may be expected to carry out additional sessions outside of those with David to maximize results.

One-to-one training is only available in Paignton, based out of Winners2000 Fitness (Regional Gym of the year 2015). Sessions are typically sold in blocks to assure the consistency of training and potential for results.

Online Personal Training

Online Personal Training comes with the following services and benefits:
